Bug fixes

This release fixes the following bug:

In group consultations, to tell everyone that someone has raised their hand, all participants briefly see a notification which included the caller’s name. However, the notification showed the name even if the waiting area was set to show only caller initials (and not full names). Now, the notification only includes the caller’s initials in these waiting areas.
