What’s new and what’s changed in this release of Induction Attend Anywhere

Bug fixes

This release fixes the following bugs :

Activity reports did not include some Consult Now calls when the invited caller left the call first. Activity reports now include these calls.
A service provider was unable to join any new calls from a waiting area because the Join Call button was disabled. This happened infrequently when the previous call didn’t end cleanly.
Waiting areas (intermittently) didn’t automatically update for every new call. Refreshing the page in the browser would display the new call.
In Google Chrome, the video call management console unnecessarily alerted users to network errors which were not important. Now, people using the management console only see the large red banner across the top of the page when they need to act.
