Bug fixes
-
When a service user selected the Accept only necessary cookies option during the caller entry process, a Google Analytics cookie was being added when they joined the call. This will no longer happen. Only those who select Accept all cookies will have analytics cookies added.
-
An issue was occurring in which consultations that ran beyond the waiting area's closing time were causing the waiting area's page in the video call management console to go blank. Service providers had to refresh the browser to restore the view. This has now been fixed.
-
The Delete button in the User Roles dialog was not working in situations in which a number of roles had been selected for deletion, and then any of those roles was deselected before clicking Delete. This has been fixed.
-
Users whose platform accounts had been deactivated and then reactivated using their original email address were unable to sign in to the video call management console. This has been fixed, so users recreating their platform accounts can use their original email address and sign in successfully.
-
When a service provider running a group consultation call sent a private chat message to a service user who was attending on a mobile device, the service user was unable to see the 'Send privately?' dialog when replying, unless they closed the chat window. This has now been fixed.
