• Audio recording allows organisations to create and store audio files from video calls with clients. This feature is for organisations that, for legal reasons, may need to record some types of conversations.

• The Terms of Use have been updated and the checkbox on the Video call setup page now only relates to the Terms of Use. The Privacy Policies now appear on a separate line (NHS Scotland only)
