In addition to testing your microphone, camera, sound, and internet connection, the Test my equipment feature now gives you a preview of how you’ll appear in the video call.
Clients entering individual appointments or group consultations can mute the waiting area's hold message or music. Depending on the site, clients can select either Switch off hold message or Switch off music.

We’ve updated the Consult Now invitation dialog to clarify that you can send invitations via text message, email, or both. If using both fields, ensure the mobile number and email address you enter belong to the same person.
Selecting a participant's virtual hand no longer incorrectly opens the Participant panel.
Users can no longer change their name in the group consultations call screen.
Closing the browser during a call successfully purges the call state. This addresses the issue of prompting a provider to add a previous caller into the current call.
